Unreal Ice has sold a second hand ice rink to a local entrepreneur in the coastal city of Salalah, Oman. The ability to ice skate outdoors in a country known for its high temperatures, all without any water or electricity consumption, is what convinced the buyer to purchase an artificial ice rink.
The entrepreneur also took advantage of special pricing on these lightly used ice rinks. These particular rinks were rented for only 3 or 4 weeks last Christmas, and have since been cleaned and inspected, while still retaining their original warranty.
